Business case:
Commercial release of Lexis+ UK for all the customer segments and improvement of the NPS of some older products such as Lexis PSL and Library.
A bit of context...
Lexis PSL and Library used to run on Rosetta software which no longer runs on up-to-date hardware and the current version was coming to an end and no longer functioning. Hence the business needs to invest in a better product: Lexis+ runs on cloud.
Objectives:
Adding visual graphics within documents to:
Increase the perception of Brand value;
Increase the overall preference for Lexis+ over other competitors;
Increase the reputation of our content as a trusted source of truth.
Solution:
As a team, we thought introducing or redesigning the existing graphics within legal documents would add more value to our products.
We started from the principle that it is always quicker to understand a concept through a graphic rather than a text.
From the user’s perspective, this means getting more work done with less effort and more confidence in how the content is presented which means less cross-checking.
From the company perspective, this translates as an improvement in our Brand value perception and an increase in our content reputation as a trusted source of truth which leads to an increment in usage of our content.
Vodafone Access is a hybrid mobile app.
The business proposition was to refresh the look and feel of one of the Vodafone main app which was little known to the customers.
The new product was also expected to combine together the current app content with an ID ‘sdk’ in order to make possible to provide a seamless authentication for the users who intend to check their Vodafone ID dashboard as well as to access some tailored offers.
My challenge was to turn complex requirements into a compelling, clear and easy to use interface across Android and browser, taking into consideration the company design system as well as technical constraints.

A bit of context...
Wandsworth Prison is one of the biggest prisons in London.
Volunteers collect books, puzzles, magazines, art materials, etc and distribute them to the approximately 1,500 men in Wandsworth Prison. This is much-needed work under normal circumstances, but it has been a lifeline under the strict lockdown and with staff shortages due to COVID-19.
Business Case:
To support the creation of a brand new charity - the Wandsworth Prison Welfare Trust by creating a new logo and a website to encourage people to donate money or items for prisoners through the website.
Trip Roulette is a new concept of app developed by myself and a friend working in the OTA business. The idea behind is that finding a flight on mobile is an exhausting experience, often cumbersome, driving low conversion figures. For this reason we focused on the idea of inspiring
a user rather than letting him search specific flights.
The user can find a flight in few taps, and each day he will receive ideas based on his personal interest and budget. The UX is inspired in some ways by ‘Tinder’, each flight becomes an opportunity.
Differently from dating app in this app the cards don’t disappear but we created the urgency using a count down mechanism: each flight is available only for 48 hours. We want to trigger the “impulse purchase” factor, targeting ‘five-to-niners’ customers looking for inspiration for their weekends.
